On Thursday we met Lyla's friend, Darci, and her mom, Kelly, at the St. Louis Zoo for our first trip of the year. The girls had a lot of fun. It was a chilly morning so the animals were all out and about which made it more fun. We were also excited the Penguin/Puffin house was open again after being closed all last year. This is a neat exhibit where you can get up close to the birds which is great when you have little people. Kately was definitely entranced with the sea lions. It was neat seeing how excited she got whenever one would swim by. Here are pictures from our fun day!
