Happy Halloween!

We had a lot of fun this year with Halloween. Lyla is catching on to this silly holiday and loved picking out her pumpkin, carving it and getting dressed up and going trick-or-treating. Kately had no idea what was going on but rocked her witch's headband and mouse costume. Here are some pics from our Halloween fun!

Boo at the Zoo

We met the Trott family for Boo at the Zoo. It was a lot of fun seeing the kiddos dressed up and Lyla loved running around the zoo with her buddy, Easton, looking at all of the lights and decorations. Kately slept through the first part of it but then loved watching the people. Fun night with great friends!

She made Daddy run through this maze with her about 20 times

Buggy finally woke up from her nap and realized we were at the zoo...and she was dressed like a mouse... :)

These two!

They held hands for awhile, which Daddy wasn't too happy about!

Grandpa Peters & The Pumpkin Patch

We were so excited Grandpa came to stay for the weekend! We had a lot of fun and kept Grandpa busy. Friday night Grandpa arrived in time for dinner then he, Heath and I played cards after the girls went to bed. On Saturday we went to Eckert's Farm for some fall fun. This is way more than a pumping patch! They had kiddie rides, pony rides, tractors, pig races, a large bouncy mat and a "jack-o-lobber"! Saturday night we had a babysitter for the girls and we went to a Cardinals game. I love post season baseball! Heath also got us really fun seats in the Champion Club. This included a buffet and drinks all during the game. Wayne and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot chocolate bar! On Sunday Grandpa went to church and lunch with us before he went back home. Thanks for coming Grandpa!!

She couldn't talk Daddy into getting one of these to carve

The Jack-O-Lobber...this was pretty cool! It launched the pumpkins about half a mile!
