March's Pictures

I can't believe March has already come and gone and next month is Baby Month!! We are so excited (and I'm soooo ready)! We have really enjoyed the warmer weather and being able to be outside more. In fact, someone loves being outside so much it is sometimes difficult to get her to come back inside without throwing a little fit! This month Lyla has really enjoyed reading books out loud to herself (it is so sweet to listen to), dancing, helping Mommy cook, and of course blowing bubbles, swinging, and just being outside. She has started to become a picky eater so I'm having a hard time coming up with different meals. I think she would eat a hotdog and blueberries every meal if we'd let her. She made me get in the fort and then she left me. I caught her watching the Food Network, Rachel Ray was making some sort of Beet Casserole (ew) and Lyla was intrigued. She kept saying, "Mmmm, Mama." Really?!? You won't eat my cooking but beet casserole sounds good!?!

Daddy's Little Golfer

I think Daddy has been waiting for this day since we first found out we were pregnant with Lyla, he was finally able to take his daughter to the golf course! We only played two holes but she had a lot of fun (so did Dad!). She hit the ball a few times but LOVED riding in the golf cart. I'm sure these will only be the first of many pictures of these two on the golf course!
